Pricing, Tax & Currency Policy

We want the price you see to be the price you pay. This policy explains how prices are displayed, what taxes and charges apply, and how we handle pricing errors and promotions.

Currency

All prices on this website are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.

What is included in the price

The price shown on a product page is the total price for that item. No additional taxes, duties or handling charges are added at checkout for deliveries within the United Kingdom. UK delivery is currently free — see Shipping & Delivery.

The total payable, including any delivery charge, is always shown to you at checkout before you confirm and pay.

Reference and comparison prices

Where a product shows a struck-through or “was” price, that is our own previous selling price for the same product, and it was the price at which we offered the product for a continuous period before the reduction. We do not compare our prices against invented, inflated or third-party reference prices.

Price changes

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it, and confirmed in your order confirmation email. A later increase or decrease does not affect an order already placed.

Pricing errors

Product information is entered by people and errors occasionally happen. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered before we dispatch them, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply process the order at the wrong price and we will never charge you more than the price you agreed without your consent.

Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

Business customers

Prices and the terms of this website are aimed at consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying for a business, please contact us before ordering — different terms may apply.
